Lisa Fallon (Supervisor of Special Education)
Lee Rozycki (CST Secretary)
Lee Rozycki is the child study team secretary. She holds a B.A. degree in Elementary Education and is a Certified ADHD Coach Practitioner, as well as a Career Services Specialist. Lee also serves on the national board of directors of the ADHD Coaches Organization and has been a member of the Warren County Mental Health Board.

Thea Anaston (Social Worker)
Thea Anaston is a part-time School Social Worker on the High Bridge Child Study Team. She holds a Masters in Social Work and is a NJ Certified School Social Worker. Her experiences include work with adolescents and in a hospital setting. She has worked as a school social worker for a number of years in other Hunterdon County districts and has been in High Bridge since 2006.

Jackie Carruthers (LDT-C)
Jackie Carruthers has been the Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant on the Child Study Team in High Bridge since 2011.
Jackie holds a BS in Elementary and Early Childhood Education as well as an MA in Special Education.
Jackie has experience teaching both general and special education classes. Along with her work on the child study team she also has a role on the elementary school I&RS Team.
She is in the district on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and while she does see students in both buildings, her “home” is in the elementary school. Jackie is married and has two boys. They reside in Hunterdon County.

Denise Cathro (Speech and Language Specialist)
Denise is a part-time Speech-Language Specialist working at both the elementary and middle school. She has been a therapist in the public school, private school, and hospital settings. Denise obtained her B.A. degree in Psychology from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA and her M.S. degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. Denise holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is certified to work in New Jersey's public schools.

Joan Murray (Speech and Language Specialist)
Joan Murray is a full time Speech and Language Specialist on the High Bridge Child Study Team.
She holds both an MA in Communication Sciences and Disorders as well as the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech and Language Pathology. She is an experienced Speech Language Specialist who has treated a wide variety of speech and language disorders. Her experience includes work in both public and private schools as well as hospitals and clinics. She has been in the district since 2011.

Megan Roth (School Psychologist)
Megan is the School Psychologist and member of the Child Study Team in High Bridge. She attended James Madison University to obtain a B.S. degree in Psychology. She then recieved both an M.S. and CAGS (Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study) degree in Educational Psychology from Northeastern University located in Boston, MA. Megan returned to the NJ area in August 2015 to complete her clinical internship within the Warren Township School District and the Watchung Hills Regional High School District located in Somerset County. At the conclusion of both her educational and clinical internship experience, she was declared a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP).
